I’ve lived in the Northern Colorado area for 35 years. My husband and I have been buying, building, and selling homes in Ft. Collins, Windsor, and Greeley since 1983. Our daughter and son were both born at Poudre Valley Hospital in Ft. Collins, attended and graduated from the Windsor school system. We watched them participate in soccer, basketball, and lacrosse all along the front range during those school years. My husband served the Ft. Collins community as a PFA firefighter for 25 years. Northern Colorado is our home – We love living here!
